The Xbox was an item created by Weegee. It traps Herbert's powers. It was given to Francis to use. However, Herbert bullied him and called him fat so much, Francis destroyed it. So now his powers returned to him. The item is finally extinct when Arthur.exe misses blasting Weegee.
