This is a strange block created at GSA. The ingredients were soap, aerogel, helium, hydrogen, and copper. Combining those creates this. It's extremely strong once it contacts the edge of a universe. It will forever stay there and it slightly spreads. These were used to block anyone from leaving Megaverse 1, and to save people of Megaverse 1 from the outside.
