He is the god of Simulation 3.0. He's insanely corrupt and doesn't care. His simulation is based off mainly purging and he tries to incourage others to do it as well. He doesn't seem to do the murder, it's only when people refuse to kill others he joins to kill the person refusing. He threatened to purge Mario if he did not kill someone. He also wanted to test Mario by hurting his brother Luigi.
