This is the most toxic universe. Xinny escaped it. Alot of chaos happens here, and Gavin took out alot of people there. There is no leader for this universe, it was abandoned pretty much. This universe actually started to be destroyed when Bo78 took leader of it. He destroyed every star, and most of the worlds. Each galaxy contains one world.
One such planet has just a McDonald's Restaurant. Ronald McDonald seems to live there sometimes mainly at night. Mario, Luigi, and Stuffwell cooked food on their own at night one time.
