He appears on a DS, and he doesn't like to be looked at. Cone Head confirmed Stop Looking At Me Guy is smarter than him. He needed him to tell Cone Head where Zombicon is. But this just got him mad, cause Cone Head sounded even dumber. Even if he is smart, doesn't mean he automatically knows where a place is.
