He is a robot who works for Bo78. He has giant eyes, one eye bigger than the other. He planned to kill Mario and Luigi for not following orders. Luckily, Stuffwell had slammed and broke his eyes a little. He also targetted Michael, but got shot. Roggh returns later when Mario and his friends come to save Michael. Mario beats the crap out of him, until eventually when he sees Weegee about to give Chopchopboom a slam punch, he vanishes. The slam punch causes Chopchopboom to crash into Roggh and kill him.
