He is the brother of Ronald. He is more of jerk however, with a Leonard prankster style. He used a Mini Mushroom to shrink him. He also invented Ruigi which he says is him, but as Luigi. He also convinced Leonard to taking pranks too far on Ronald. In AGK, Ronald, Kaeru, and Stanley Jones dreams, he had an axe and planned to all 3. However, Ronald released it wasn't real so Rodney disappeared.
