These originated from Perfect Balance. They are indeed real items however. They are everywhere in Pipe Maze. They're just plus shapes, but come in all different sizes. One time a bunch fell and it made AGK stuck.
The inferno version is also a bomb. Before it explodes it says "ALLAH BAR". It exploded a Warp Pipe & Skewer.
