He is apart of the Officer Dunk species. He is a little OP than regular ones. He survived a gunshot from Jake Randolf, and pretended to be dead. Then got up like there was no issue and shot his arm. Steve Demir sent Officer Daker flying at him, which was believed to kill him. But it didn't. There's no way it could have unless the flung sent him into something sharp. So he survived.
