He is a zombie, that's finally not in Zombie Force. He is actually part of IlluminaGee. He is a little bit of a worried guy, as he was introduced being scared at the fact Illuminati wants war. Illuminati wanted to take over the Trolliverse. Illumiweegee even claimed he is weaker than his brother, which made him even more terrified.
His red box can cause him to explode. But it seems he survives the explosion. What he does is when he hits the red button and explodes, he teleports to another location to avoid the explosion to happen. He used it in a Trolliverse war against KKK Members. He killed one with the explosion, but the fire from the explosion melted the other's head off to a skull.
