He is just a random dude. He holds a beer can. When Onision noticed AGK, he ran towards him, but instead bumped into Hank Hill. He threatened to kick Onision's a**. Fegelein noticed him, so wanted to prank him. He hired Gnome to scare him. He is a man who goes way back. He loves the history. In AGK Adventures (S02E17), he is stunned by some of the costumes on Halloween. He saw Stick Steve's and said he remembers when Slenderman was popular. He had compared it to Big Foot. He saw Merlylin's stated he remembers when girls simped for men.

In AGK Adventures (S02E08) when he went to use the bathroom, random things happened in there. First Mario Head showed up, which right away creeps him out. Then he closed the door, to open it back up again. This time Sonic.exe showed up and said he was his first victim, but he wasn't.
There was one time he had Squidward arrested. Awhile back Skodwarde attacked him and his family. He built a theory that perhaps Squidward was Skodwarde. They look the same, and have a similar name. Skodwarde even went into Squidward's House. Skodwarde ended up framing Squidward, as he put a dead body in his house. He was very blown away when he found out they were two different people.
