He is a clone of Weegee from another reality. He is scary powerful. He killed 4 clones by simply pointing at them. It even scared Dark Mario. He decided to help Dark Mario for a good reward and he killed all Dark Mario clones. He has the ability to clone himself in other realities as well. He did this to kill a clone of Dark Mario. After successfully killing all them, he claimed he wanted to be just exactly what Dark Mario is trying to do.
He wanted 200 clones to borrow so he can conquer and destroy universes and step on the heroes who step on the villains. He's insanely crazy as he claimed he also killed clones that were similar to him. He kept his word, first targetting and winning against Kirby. Next was Megaman. He stunned Megaman by coming out of nowhere and also sending his blast back at him.
