This is a weird sock character. He appeared out of nowhere on Stuffwell. He teleported everyone when he opened his mouth and made a noise. He did this to Icecream Man too, albeit during a dream. He resides in the face of Satanic Infinite Illuminati. Another Baldi's Basics character named Sweep Sweep Sweep was oddly near the SII too, although not in his face. Keep in mind that Baldi does not even know who the SII is.
