This guy punishes villains. He is the owner of Hell. He usually gives people bloody eyes. It's painful alot, and takes away some vision of colors. He punished Roxx, Luna, Error Weegee, and Error Malleo. She cured Luna after her promise of no more chaos and crime. He has tons of eyes all over him, 6 arms, and 4 legs. He also has a generous side, so he sometimes rewards villains for good behavior.
